Lalita day 7: Tvarita: Nitya of Swiftness

Om Tvaritayai Namaha

Sun:  9 Taurus
Moon: 25 Cancer, 76 degrees from Sun, First Quarter Moon
Inner Moon: days 8-14, follicular/proliferation

Moon Vibes:

The warrior experiencing tension between self and group. Concerned with justice in the organizations and groups. Relates with vernal equinox and Ostara/Easter. In tantra yoga, this is the descending in-breath (prana-vayu) from third-eye to the soft palate, relates with midday and the element is fire. In the hero’s journey, we are taking inspired action, feeling tension and resistance in group efforts, wanting to differentiate. Feeling strong and empowered to cross initiation threshold. Blazing new trails which could become new systems for society. First quarter Moon relates with follicular and proliferation hormones, building up of estrogen, uterine walls thickening, eggs maturing. This phase of lunar cycle can be powerful and exciting. Use it for courtship, dates night, seduction, and rituals that focus on building and growing. Use foods that nurture and support. Warm and comforting foods like root vegetables and curry spices.

Moon in Cancer:

Moon in Cancer, moving into Leo around 630pm. Where are you during first quarter Moon in growing your 4th Moon cycle intention?

Cancer is a nurturing, home, healing, loving mood. Leo is a showing out, going out, boisterous, self-loving mood. Where are you on this spectrum of Moon moods? Moon opposite Saturn all day into tomorrow, integration of inner authority and ability to author your own life.

Astrology info to consider:

Mercury in 90°angle with Saturn. Communication and authority square up for dynamic challenge. This encourages us to create unique pathways to express our sovereignty. Mercury lining up at same degree as Uranus gives a jolt of unexpected change around freedom and your body the earth.

Integration of ♀️♂️ in air signs feels like mind of the heart and mind of the head working together.

Cancer Moon Ritual:

  • Create sacred space by calling in the nurturing love of Cancer, call in your spirit guides and ancestors to support you.
  • Make yourself a cup of tea, take your time infusing love in every step of the process.  Sending love and gratitude to the water, herbs, and honey.
  • Before you drink your tea, hold your mug to your chest and feel  your tea warming your heart space.
  • In your journal, reflect on the events of your day and the feelings that have been up for you today.  Make a list of everything you are grateful for today, feel gratitude fill your heart.  Make a list of what is nurturing to you, anything that comes to mind.
  • Continue with a nurturing activity, whatever you feel called to do tonight that supports your self care and self nurturing.  I’m going to suggest taking a bath and then massaging your whole body with warm oil. *Tip for warming body oil…. place your favorite body oil(in it’s bottle) in a cup of hot water, let sit for a few minutes and your oil will be warm!
  • Conclude in gratitude.

Dreams:

Symbols are the language of your intuition. They bridge outer and inner reality. During waking life, notice what you’re looking at and how you feel in relation with what you see. The symbolic nature of your reality speaks of your emotional and physical patterns.

Feng shui works directly with this layer of consciousness by acknowledging the placement of objects in your living space and consciously changing them. The changes you make align your mind and heart which changes the way you think, feel and respond. Sleeping dreams are like feng shui for your soul. Commit to lucidity in both waking and sleeping dreams.
