Do your research and develop your dreaming techniques before trying it. I’ve been dreaming on purpose since 2004 and feel quite comfortable in all the phases. Meeting dead people, watching people die, getting close to death myself, learning ego dissolving truths, being lucid, loosing lucidity, waking up crying, and being in periods of time where my dreams where more real to me than waking life. There is a lot to dream reality that can inform and affect your waking reality so don’t jump the gun on trying galantamine or any substance before you feel fully capable without it.
