day 0: Kameshvari, Nitya of Desire
Om Kameshvaryai Namaha
Sun: 5 Pisces
Moon: 17 Pisces, 12 degrees from Sun, New Moon
Inner Moon: days 1-7, low progesterone, low estrogen, bleeding
Moon Vibes:
The ambiguous presence that brings gifts of creative potential. Now that we are in the darkest phase of the Moon cycle, the obscure vision makes for reimagining new possibilities. This phase is where we plant new seeds of intention. New Moon relates to Winter Solstice and Yule. In tantra yoga, this is the merging of Moon and Sun from third-eye to crown of the head. In and out breath unite at the crown of the head in breath pause (kumbhaka) where the magic of integration of opposites happens. In the hero’s journey, this is the call to adventure. The phase of the inner Moon cycle related with new Moon is menstruation. Low progesterone, low estrogen and bleeding is present. Take time to rest and reflect. Great phase for receiving dreams and insight. Use foods with higher protein, nurturing, and easy to digest.

Moon in Pisces

  • Moon in Pisces relates with feet and pineal gland.
  •  Moon and Neptune both at 17゚ Pisces. No edges, curves, or boundaries. Just dream mist, waves of imagination and infinite possibilities. What does your dream self want? Take a nap and ask. Then draw, spell, act it acted out. Take your imagination and dreams more seriously.

Nutrition suggestion:

Seaweed helps to balance water metabolism. It nourishes kidneys which filters blood. Today I’m recommending congee for it’s ability to detox and rehydrate the body.

  • 1 cup of basmati rice
  • 4-6 cups of water
  • Add arame seaweed to your liking.

To make it a little less bland, I squeezed lime juice over the rice right before I served it.

Ritual:

Water Goddess initiation. Call in sacred space, reestablish boundaries, give thanks. Pour yourself a glass of water in your favorite vessel. This water has been poured by a goddess, for a goddess, for the purpose of purifying and blessing the goddess body that drinks it. Put the energy of whatever you want to bring more of to your experience. You may want to write these words on little stickers and stick them to your water vessel.

  • Hold the vessel in your hands.
  • Hold your awareness on the feeling the words evoke and energizing the water with your clear intentions.
  • Ceremoniously drink the water knowing that it is cleansing and blessing you.
  • When you feel complete, close sacred space and give thanks.
  • Take some time to write in your journal.

Astrology info to consider:

Sun at 5゚ pisces and Mercury at 8゚ pisces. The delays maybe igniting your empathy and compassion. Could be breaking your heart open. Put more emphasis on listening to your soul and responding from their. All the business of being human can wait.

Menstruation cycle and Moon:

What phase of your inner Moon cycle are you in? What hormones are most prominent? How does this relate with outer Moon’s new/bleeding phase? Remember, your cycle and Moon cycle do not need to match. Read more about the correspondences here.

Dreams:

The objects in your dreams are reflections of your awareness. Each new object is from the light of one source projecting the illusion of your mind back to you. How does looking at your dreams this way make you feel about objects in your waking reality? While you are in the dream, you have no reason to believe that what is occuring isn’t real. But when you wake up, you say to yourself, “It was just a dream.” Then you go on about taking your waking life very seriously. Just for tonight, take your dreaming life just as seriously. When you wake up, write:

  1. Your first thoughts.
  2. Remembrances of dreams.
  3. How you felt in the dream.
  4. How you feel upon waking.
